Whether it's an outdoor or indoor location, we want to make sure the experience is meaningful and fun.

Sessions

Terms & Conditions

Sessions are broken up into 4 catagories:

  • Mini-Sessions:  These are sessions are less than one hour.  They are typically for(but not limited to) engagements, special moments, brief family portraits, friendship portraits, pets, and landscapes.   These are based more on a package or Ala-Carte' basis.

  • Regular Portrait Sessions:  These are typically at least one hour and can vary depending on your needs and where/what you would like photographed.  Most typical uses for this kind of session are family portraits, events(such as birthdays, engagements, dinners, shows, corporate events, etc.), and landscape/Real Estate.  These are handled more on an "Ala-Carte'" hourly basis.

  • Full Event Session:  This is usually more than four hours and typically used for(but not limited to) large events such as Weddings, rehearsals, engagements, sporting events, dinner events, corporate events, birthdays, extended portrait sessions in multiple locations, landscapes and Real Estate.

  • Multiple Media Sessions:  This is a unique service to RSP Portrait Photography.   This will not only include photography on the ground for your special event but it will also include HD quality aerial photos and video from our *drone.  Ground level video is also available if you prefer.  This is typically used for(but not limited to) sporting events, outdoor weddings, special film/media footage, Real Estate, and outdoor corporate events.

*NOTE:  The Drone is only available for open outdoor settings where FAA regulations can be followed and safety is         assured.  The pilot has sole authority to determine whether or not the location is suitable(can be pre-determined in advance)  and if the weather is flyable.    

TERMS & CONDITIONS:  

  • All appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.  Short notice appointments will incur a fee of $25.

  • All venues, locations, times, and details MUST be disclosed at least 48 hours prior to the event.  Last minute details will incur a short-notice fee of $25.

  • Any non-disclosure of the venue, location, time, or details, or non-communication from the client, up to the travel departure time necessary to arrive prior to the event, will forfeit any refund of the deposit or full payment given. 

  • Additional cost for any services requested outside of the pre-determined package on the original estimate, will be assessed accordingly and added to the remainder owed by the client.

  • Cancellations made in less than 48 hours of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total package cost less any applicable fees or taxes.  If a refund is warranted, please allow up to 90 days to process.

  • Changes made in less than 48 hours to the event will incur a $125 change fee plus any additional travel or accommodation compensation necessary. 

  • RSP Portrait Photography is not responsible for any damage to property or discomfort to attendees of any event through the use of photography and/or the use of a flash.

  • Any package over $1000 will require a 50% deposit at least 48 hours prior to the event.

  • All package prices and travel fees do not include applicable taxes or fees.  Taxes and/or fees will be assessed accordingly on the estimate.

  • Terms are subject to change without notice.

  • Upon hiring RSP Portrait Photography, you hereby agree to the above terms.
